I have 10+ years of coaching experience in various settings, including clinical populations, sports performance, and occupational fitness readiness. I don’t just coach; I live the science. As an athlete living with Beta Thalassemia, I learned early on that my body doesn’t play by the standard rules. For years, I struggled to improve my VO2max using traditional methods. This challenge forced me to look deeper into the research, I had to work smarter and shifting my focus toward optimizing running economy, metabolic efficiency, and biomechanical precision to bridge the gap that biology left behind.
This journey taught me a fundamental truth: everyone is different, and there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ training program.
